    Salary: $2720 / Week

     

    The Licensed Clinical Social Worker collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team to provide input in the development of the plan of care for those patients/clients requiring social work intervention. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides counseling and crisis intervention to patients/clients who have social or emotional problems in a variety of settings across the age span.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Master’s degree in Social Work from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education required

    + Active license as an LCSW in state of practice required

    + Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

     

    Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) – Wellness Department

     

    Start Date: ASAP

     

    Contract Type: 13-week contract | Temp-to-Hire

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

     

    Local Pay: $60/hour

     

    Travel Weekly Pay: $2,720 ($920 taxable + $1,800 stipends)

     

    Setting: On-site Wellness Department

     

    Client Population: Students ages 16–24 pursuing HS Diploma, GED, or Trade School while residing on campus

    About the Role:

    Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking empathetic, flexible, and well-rounded licensed mental health professionals to join a dynamic team supporting youth in a residential educational setting. You’ll play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers to employability through mental health support and education.

    Responsibilities:

    + Develop, implement, and monitor the center’s Mental Health Program

    + Provide individual and group counseling

    + Conduct early identification and diagnosis of mental health issues

    + Promote mental health awareness and prevention

    + Collaborate with staff for training and consultation

    + Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and Job Corps PRH guidelines

    Qualifications:

    + Active California BBS License (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC)

    + Minimum 1 year of social work or counseling experience

    + Passion for working with diverse youth populations

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills
