Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much a respected facility in Lexington, MA who is currently seeking a qualified Medical Secretary to assist them on a contractual basis.
Details of the position include:
Position: Medical Secretary
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule:
-40 hours per week
-8:30AM-5PM
Contract Requirements:
-Epic EMR experience is required.
-Must have strong adult primary care experience.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
-Must be able to type, use computers, and demonstrate excellent customer service.
-De-escalation skills may be needed—both in person and over the phone.
-Must have a medical background and a solid understanding of insurance processes.
-Will be responsible for insurance verifications. ?
