About the Role:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will:
+ Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations.
+ Design and implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs.
+ Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
+ Provide training, supervision, and support to behavior technicians and other team members.
+ Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure effective service delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
+ Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
+ Preferred experience in providing behavior analytic services
+ Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)
+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
+ Current Health Certificate (as required by contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
