Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Relationship Building with Vendors, Clients and Aon resources.
+ Vendor Management and Broking.
+ Managing vendor contact lists and renewal dates.
+ Coordination and responses with US Broking for Renewals/RFPs.
+ Responding to carrier inquiries related to SPS marketing processes.
+ Obtaining vendor reporting system access for themselves and the Analytics & Actuarial team.
+ Compliance.
+ Managing the Form 5500 process.
+ Internal compliance (i.e., CDS, Client Data Tool updates, ensuring Compliance folder is set up on the LAN with all required information, etc.).
+ Managing the client team share drive folders and saving appropriate documentation to the drives for both compliance and historical reference/documentation.
+ Preparing meeting notes, saving to the appropriate shared folder, and circulating notes with appropriate internal colleagues following the meeting (if not in attendance, responsibility falls to Consultant or AE).
+ Project Management.
+ Support the Client Delivery Lead Consultant with all Project Management responsibilities listed in prior section, depending on experience level. Could include managing and updating the project log.
Required Experience:
+ 3+ years group health and benefits experience, ideally with emphasis on financial matters (either in brokerage/consulting firm or comparable carrier experience).
+ Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
+ Seek health liscense while in position

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $70K to $90K annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of State/Region. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
Whether it is bonus/commission eligible
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
