    _Location:_ Rapid City, South Dakota

     

    _Pay Range:_ $26 - $28 per hour

     

    _Schedule:_ Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

    What You’ll Do as a Diesel Mechanic:

    Perform **repairs, inspections, and diagnostics** on diesel vehicles, including electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems

     

    • Utilize **vehicle computer electrical systems** to interpret failure modes and adjust engine and vehicle control modules

     

    Respond to **road calls** for emergency repairs

     

    Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on **driver Vehicle Inspection Reports**

    Complete required paperwork using **fleet maintenance software**

    • **Test drive** trucks after services and repairs

    • Assist **team members** with repairs as needed

     

    Maintain a **safe, clean work area** in compliance with OSHA and company standards

    What We’re Looking For:

    •️ **Proficiency in diesel vehicle diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repair**

    •️ **Basic tool set** (Tool Allowance Provided!)

    •️ **Hydraulic experience is a plus**

    •️ Commitment to **safety, teamwork, and professionalism**
