    SUMMARY:

    Our associates deliver a higher standard of business services to support medical care and behavioral health care. We maintain professionalism, integrity, and commitment as we solve problems and make lives easier.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    + Manage the full life cycle of internal and external candidates from application, offer, and first day.

    + Screen candidates for minimum required qualifications, annotate candidates accordingly, and address roadblocks in the hiring process when they occur.

    + Perform pre-screen interviews, verify appropriate licensure, and upload licensure into the ATS.

    + Engage candidates by identifying and attending job fairs, conferences, and grassroot recruitment events.

    + Conduct outreach efforts to passive candidates in the CRM and source candidates by utilizing social media, job boards, and various engagement platforms.

    + Monitor vacancy rates to develop and implement recruitment strategies such as virtual hiring events, local hiring events, tours of facilities, and lunch and learns.

    + Monitor facility applicant flow utilizing internal vacancy, pipeline, and turnover reports to analyze best practices and maximize resources.

    + Manage candidates and requisitions to ensure compliance with all employment laws, best practices, standards, and provide information about company operations and job opportunities.

    + Administer and manage internal and external ATS job posting process for client facilities.

    + Steward and process applicants through the designated ATS and CRM systems throughout the onboarding process

    + Maintain a candidate pipeline and record of recruiting activities for follow up within the ATS and CRM.

    + Partner with hiring managers to ensure engagement with candidates and escalate issues that occur.

    + Schedule and conduct panel interviews, prepare documents, and ensure hiring managers and teams have necessary candidate information.

    + Monitor Indeed advertising for budget alignment, conduct market analysis, and identify need for additional spend.

    + Facilitate weekly recruitment planning meetings with assigned regional leaders and hiring managers.

    + Calculate and verify monthly commission report for delivery to the Talent Acquisition Director.

    + Communicate with the budgets department to validate compensation ranges to support candidate negotiations.

    + Exercise creative thinking skills in developing new strategies and processes to reach and appeal to diverse groups of candidates.

    + Confidently practice cold calling efforts with assertiveness to open additional recruiting opportunities.

    + Assist in the training of hiring managers and associates to identify critical needs, schedule interviews, contact applicants, and arrange meetings.

    + Demonstrate commitment and dedication to providing recruiting support in the development and deployment of initiatives designed to solve problems and make lives easier.

    + Maintain an accurate and up-to-date strategic planning manual with continuity BUS plan and goals.

    + Perform all other duties as assigned.

    TRAINING EXPECTATIONS:

    Associates in this role are expected, as a condition of employment, to complete all training assigned within a reasonable time period, generally within less than 15 days.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

    This is not a supervisory position. This position does not have the authority to hire, fire, discipline, assign overtime, and/or direct and assign work, with the ability to effectively recommend any of these actions. This role also serves as a coach and mentor for other employees.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This is not a hybrid, telecommute or remote role. This role is 100% in-office.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.

    POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

    This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

    TRAVEL:

    This position occasionally requires travel.

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    + High School diploma or GED Required.

    + Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent experience required.

    + 3+ years of direct recruitment or related experience required.

    + Must demonstrate strong business acumen.

    + Healthcare or corrections recruitment experience is a plus.

    + Strong Microsoft Office, Internet, and email skills required.
