    Valet Park of America (Fort Pierce, FL)


    East Coast Valet - Seeking a Full-Time Tram Driver in the Fort Pierce, FL Area. We are proudly providing service to HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital in St Lucie County. ECV is based in Lantana, FL and has been providing great services to great locations since 1990 in Southern Florida.

     

    These are steady, local routes at Lawnwood Hospital. We operate newer Golf cart style vehicles which do not require a CDL.

     

    Currently, we are seeking drivers available for 5 am - 9pm shifts. Shifts vary through out the day and will be flexible, we will consider both FT and PT applicants for these hours.

     

    ECV offers weekly payroll - get a check, direct deposit, or a pay card each week - in addition to tips earned daily.

     

    Shuttle Driver- Job Description

     

    The job responsibilities of a Shuttle Driver may vary depending on the location where the employee is scheduled to work. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

     

    + Greeting patrons in a polite manner and assisting them in any way we can

    + Safely shuttling customers to various destinations

    + Opening and closing doors for patrons

    + Adhering to all traffic laws/signs to ensure the safest possible operation of our shuttles

    + Communicating effectively with customers and co-workers. This includes radio contact with management, shuttle drivers, and lot attendants

    + Completing required pre-trip inspections to meet federal as well as company safety requirements

    + Recording passenger counts and trip times

    + Completing necessary paperwork involved in daily operations

    + Assisting in equipment set up and break down (i.e. signs, cones, etc.)

    + Sweeping shuttles and removing debris to ensure cleanliness

    + Filling in as a lot attendant when needed

    + Communicating mechanical problems with shuttles to management

    + Complying with company procedures for shuttle operations

     

    License required: valid class D (Non-CDL) license in good standing

     

    Due to our insurance regulations, shuttle drivers must be at least 20 years old.

     

    A valid DOT Medical card is also required. (We will pay for qualified applicants to obtain their medical card if necessary - a simple DOT physical).

     

    Professional driving experience is a plus.

     

    Background checks and driving tests will be conducted.
