Job Summary

Support the service. Enhance the experience.

As a Server Assistant at Paddlefish, you will play a vital support role in delivering seamless guest service. You’ll reset tables, refill water, run food, and assist servers to ensure the dining room runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred

+ **_Required Friday through Sunday Availability_**

+ Ability to lift and carry trays and service items up to 50 lbs

+ Understanding of sanitation and food safety guidelines

+ Ability to remain on feet for long periods

Key Responsibilities

+ Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently

+ Assist servers with water refills, food running, and guest requests

+ Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and service stations

+ Support team members to ensure timely service and table readiness

+ Follow safety and sanitation protocols at all times
