Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced finance process analyst to support dynamic Finance Systems and Accounting teams with documentation, process mapping, and training initiatives. This short-term role involves drafting and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)—with approximately 30% focused on light edits and updates to existing materials, and 60% dedicated to building new documentation from scratch based on interviews with process owners. The contractor will be responsible for pulling down current processes, identifying gaps, and generating end-to-end process maps using tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe, and Mural. They will also revise training materials, including recorded PowerPoint sessions, to reflect updated workflows. Success in this role is defined by the execution of clear, well-written process documents that align with internal standards and support operational clarity and compliance.
Pay Rate- $30-$40/hr.

Skills and Requirements
• 3+ years’ experience in SOP development, technical writing, or process documentation in a Finance, Accounting, or IT Systems environment.
• Familiarity with finance and accounting processes and terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills—ability to work independently while gathering input from multiple stakeholders. • Experience working with ERP systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
