Job Description

• Lead Agile projects within a PMO framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders across technology, product, and business teams, particularly in mortgage-related processes

• Create and manage project plans, budgets, and resource assignments, making adjustments as needed

• Promote Agile principles through coaching and facilitation of team ceremonies

• Monitor project status, identify risks, resolve blockers, and manage changes in scope

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding progress and challenges

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews

Ensure all project activities comply with PMO governance and reporting standards

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing Agile projects using frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe

• Strong background in the mortgage industry, including either servicing or originations

• Experience working within an Enterprise PMO structure

• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Demonstrated success in driving complex projects forward in fast-paced settings • Certifications in Agile practices, such as Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Azure

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
