Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager for a client in the legal space. The organization specialized in labor and employment law – they have over 45 offices in the United States. This Program Manager will be expected to lead and deliver enterprise-level projects that drive meaningful business transformation. This role sits above various business service teams, providing strategic oversight and execution support across departments. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape initiatives that align with long-term organizational goals, often in environments where processes are still being defined.

This is a high-visibility role requiring strong leadership, adaptability, and the ability to manage ambiguity. You’ll be expected to build relationships across all levels of the organization, guide change management efforts, and ensure projects are executed with precision and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the full lifecycle of strategic initiatives—from planning and scoping to execution and delivery.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Data Management, and Innovation.

- Develop tailored project roadmaps and execution plans for teams with varying structures and tools.

- Serve as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries, offering guidance and clarity.

- Facilitate alignment across competing priorities and coordinate resource allocation.

- Conduct regular status updates, executive briefings, and stakeholder communications.

- Implement change management strategies to support adoption and readiness.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.

- 10–20 years of progressive experience in program or project management.

- At least one recognized project management certification (PMP preferred).

- Proficiency with at least one project management tool (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com).

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to lead in environments with limited structure and evolving priorities. - Master’s degree or MBA.
