    Job Description

    One of Insight Global's largest Telecom clients is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Lead Business Analyst to join their Data & Analytics organization in support of adobe analytics & digital analytics related initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into technical tagging specifications, and ensuring accurate implementation of Adobe Analytics tags. You will collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity and actionable insights. You will also be responsible for leading a small team of BAs both onshore & offshore.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -Strong enterprise-level experience as a Business Analyst

     

    -Significant experience/knowledge within Adobe Analytics

    -Experience with digital analytics

    -Previous experience as a lead with a proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively. -Project Management experience
