    Job Description

    Our ground-breaking Product team is seeking a passionate Product Analyst / Business Analyst to support the definition and delivery of digital solutions. Moody’s takes great pride in the integrity of the work we do and the ratings and research that we globally produce. As such, we are looking for highly motivated individuals who are seeking to meaningfully empower our business partners our Data Sharing Digital Product solutions. In this role, you will serve as a Product Analyst, ensuring collaborative, agile development against a product backlog. You will serve as a change advocate, driving a user-centric view with powerful experiences that delight our customers. You will also strengthen our channels of communication and uphold our principles of transparency and partnership while engaging with product peers, design experts, program leaders and engineering partners to drive successful product execution.

     

    • Translate product vison into codable and measurable components with meaningfully sequenced and detailed user stories.

    • Liaise across business, design and delivery partners to ensure clarity of business objectives and user needs.

    • Maintain an evergreen Product roadmap and backlog, enabling timely delivery and dependency management.

    • Enable product delivery, readiness and rollout by facilitating demos, overseeing user acceptance testing and coordinating relevant training efforts.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred with 7+ experience.

    • +2 year’s experience as Product Analyst

    • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to translate business data analysis into actionable tasks.

    • Ability to author thorough, detailed, high-quality documentation, including customer journey maps, user stories, use cases and test scripts.

    • Experience independently managing requirements and design-related activities for complex, multi-business, multi-system initiatives.

    • Experience in Agile development framework, product lifecycle development and JIRA

    • Finance/Accounting and/or Data background a plus

     

    -Shift time: 11am IST start time

     

    -Location: Bangalore or Gurugram – 2x a week Financial background
