    Job Description

    One of our wealth management clients in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Tax Reporting & Cost Basis Associate to join their team for a 6 month contract. This role sits within the Operations Department and will be responsible for maintaining accurate cost basis figures in client accounts and producing annual tax forms (1099, 1042, etc). A large portion of this role will also be supporting the team with administrative tasks such as replying to emails, researching different tax reporting scenarios, date of death and state evaluations and documenting reporting in Microsoft Office platforms such as Excel.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Bachelors Degree (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration)

     

    - Tax Reporting experience

     

    - Working knowledge of Excel - Thomson One
