Job Description
A growing travel company in Boulder, Colorado is looking to add a Travel Advisor Business Development Manager to their team! In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing long-term relationships with travel advisors, host agencies, and consortia, while expanding our clients advisor network. You’ll onboard new advisors, guide them through our tools and workflows, and deliver engaging training sessions to ensure their success on the platform. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding materials and communications, track key performance metrics like engagement and bookings, and identify new partnership opportunities. Additionally, you’ll represent our client at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to connect with advisors and promote our program. This role is offering a base salary of $65,000-70,000 plus commission. If this sounds like the role for you, please apply today!

Skills and Requirements
5+ years in travel industry, preferably in sales, business development, or trade relations
Entrepreneurial self-starter with a growth mindset
Strong network within the travel advisor community, especially host agencies and consortia
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Proven success in advisor engagement, onboarding, or driving sales growth
Organized, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple partnerships Willingness to travel for industry events and advisor meetings
Passion for travel
