    Job Description

    We're looking for a Product Owner to join the team of a large fleet management client and support their digital web application. Day to day, this Product Owner will spend 65% of their time on product ownership tasks such as gathering requirements, writing user stories, and defining and communicating the product vision and roadmap. The other 35%, the Product Owner will be talking to and collecting customer research and monitoring user behavior/engagement with the app to form data-driven insights. They must be comfortable working cross functionally with leadership, developers, QAs, BAs, and other team members to optimize product performance and progress. Great communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years of professional experience as a product owner

     

    - Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, writing user stories, and leading product growth/optimization

     

    - Experience working on SaaS web applications, taking problems and working through solutions and delivery

     

    - Analytical background working with customers and utilizing platforms such as Google Analytics, to analyze user behavior, understand how data flows between systems, gather insights, and monitor metrics

     

    - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with developers, BAs, QAs, and leadership

     

    - Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, shifting environment Experience in transportation/logistics industry
