    Job Description

    Insight Global's healthcare client is hiring a Senior Technical Business Analyst with a strong ability to bridge business needs and technical execution, particularly in integration-heavy environments within the healthcare, insurance, or clinical sectors. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and Medicaid partners to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into logical, end-to-end technical solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing data mappings across multiple systems (typically 5–6), ensuring seamless integration and alignment of requirements. You’ll participate in Integration Trains, support API integrations, and work hands-on with technologies such as .NET, SQL, Splunk, and Azure. A strong understanding of the business implications of technical decisions is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams. You’ll also contribute to Agile ceremonies, support development teams, and help ensure that all deliverables meet business goals and compliance standards.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 5–7 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst

    • Strong understanding of .NET applications and frameworks.

    • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.

    • Experience with Splunk for log analysis and monitoring.

    • Familiarity with Azure cloud services and API integration.

    • Proven ability to perform data mapping and understand business implications.

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Industry experience in healthcare, insurance, or clinical environments.

    • Experience writing scripts and SQL queries • Experience as a Product Owner or working closely with product teams.

    • Hands-on experience in Agile environments.

     

    Familiarity with Rally or similar Agile project management tools.
