Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a HR Systems IT Project manager for one of our logistics clients. As the Project Manager, you will lead and manage the implementation of Workday, overseeing all technical components including integrations, consolidation between legacy systems, and data conversion. You’ll find yourself immersed in a forward-thinking environment fueled by achievement and a tenacious team spirit. You’ll be helping to lead and organize extremely high visibility projects tied back to top priority initiatives. This role sits 4x onsite in Ballantyne, NC (south of Charlotte, NC).

Skills and Requirements
- Excellent understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills, sense of urgency, and drive
- Have led at least one HR System implementation project from start to finish (preference in Workday)
- Experiencing leading data conversion and data integrity efforts.
- Experience with end-to-end testing
- Experience with HR processes (Hire to Retire process, Payroll, Benefits, T&A, etc.).
- Exposure to JIRA or related issue tracking tools. - Exposure to Workday software and/or integration toolsets.
