    Job Description

    Seeking a Robotics Service Technician to join the humanoid product ecosystem of a leading robotics company. This position will be responsible for daily robot and system operation, repairs, maintenance, and spare parts management. In addition, this role is focused on maintaining high uptime on robotic systems, documenting performance, tracking fleet reliability, and potentially training other team members. 75% repair replacements, 25% documentation. Responsibilities also include:

     

    • Report daily status of robots and connected equipment

    • Perform all activities related to troubleshooting, emergent service, preventative maintenance, and spare parts management

    • Document processes, work instructions, user manuals, troubleshooting guides, knowledgebase articles, FAQ's, training plans, and any other materials needed to maximize system uptime

    Skills and Requirements

    • Mechanical/electro-mechanical/service repair experience on large machinery (cars/automotive, large appliances, robots, factory equipment/machines, electric vehicles, airplanes/helicopter, etc.)

    • Familiarity conducting continuity tests using a multimeter

    • Flexibility and willingness to work Friday-Sunday 8am-9pm (onsite, not a traveling role) • Experience using command line interface

    • Experience soldering (through hole and surface mount)

    • Experience training others (company and customer personnel)
