    The primary purpose is to deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner.

     

    We are seeking a dynamic, client-focused Senior Consultant to join our US Outsourcing and Offshoring Sourcing team (O&O). The candidate must have experience in the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle across a range of outsourcing categories including ITO and BPO and be capable of performing in a consultative capacity.

     

    We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Outsourcing and Offshoring Services team. The Sourcing Consultant needs to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience within Outsourcing and Offshoring Services.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 4+ years of experience in strategic sourcing

     

    - Bachelor’s Degree (or higher)

    - Experience with active contract and commercial sourcing negotiations across the following outsourcing (ITO) subcategories:

    • Application Development,

    • Production support and maintenance,

    • Testing and Test Automation,

    • Other Software Development Lifecyle related activities

    • IT Professional Services / IT Consulting

     

    - Knowledge and application of relevant services models (e,g. co-sourcing, complete sourcing, on-demand, etc.) and understanding of the different types of outsourcing (BPO, KPO etc.)

     

    - Advanced skills with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel and database analytic tools and sourcing systems

     

    - Proven capability running multi-million-dollar sourcing projects

     

    - Experience with contracts and ability in contract drafting, with limited legal support

     

    - Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills

     

    - Client/stakeholder focus within the corporate environment with the gravitas to influence stakeholders

     

    - Ability to manage multiple priorities, often to tight deadlines, and deliver results - Supply Chain or Procurement concentration in degree
