    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Full Stack Engineer in Hawthorne, CA to join a cutting-edge team building the infrastructure behind one of the world’s most advanced global connectivity platforms. This team is responsible for designing and scaling systems that support millions of users across diverse geographies, enabling high-speed internet access through a constellation of hardware and software components.

     

    As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll work on the consumer-facing platform that powers user acquisition, payments, and growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new features, expand into new markets, and enhance the customer experience across web and mobile interfaces.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    - Build responsive, scalable web applications and backend services

     

    - Develop tools that support global expansion, payment integrations, and compliance workflows

     

    - Collaborate with product, growth, and engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences

     

    - Implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure reliability and performance

     

    - Participate in architecture and code reviews, contributing to engineering best practices

     

    - Own full-stack development across a microservices-based backend and modern frontend frameworks

     

    Tech Stack

     

    - Backend: C#, .NET, Go, Java, Python

     

    - Frontend: Angular, React, Next.js

     

    - Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

     

    - Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server

     

    - Monitoring: Grafana, Splunk

     

    - Cloud & DevOps: Terraform, Helm, UNIX-like systems

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

     

    - 1+ years of experience in full-stack development (internships count)

     

    - Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and modern web technologies

     

    - Experience with cloud-native architectures and container orchestration

     

    Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and performance optimization
