Job Description

• Provide test estimates and feedback during planning phases.

• Create and maintain Test Strategy, Quality gates and metrics documentation.

• Create and maintain manual test cases, test scenarios and test plans.

• Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements and maintain test documentation.

• Execute manual tests, prepare Test reports & Test Summary.

• Execute data load and performance testing of the application.

• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools and create Defect Reports (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.).

• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, MIS, Business Management)

• 5+ years of experience as Fucntional Test Engineer

• Experience execution of performance test scripts

• Demonstrated proficiency in Web Application, API testing and Data validation

• Working knowledge of Excel and SQL for data analysis and process review

• Experience writing test cases, test plans and execute it

• Experience with validation process with end-to-end testing and integration testing

• Cloud experience - Azure preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Prior experience working within an Agile development methodology (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, etc.). • Experience supporting digital transformation or migration from Excel-based systems.

• Experience with B2B and B2C pricing models.

• Experience with AI/ML-based pricing engines or dynamic price optimization.

• Experience working on complex product catalogs with large SKU volumes.

• Experience with Azure cloud services.

• Experience with automation tools (such as Selenium).
