Job Summary:

The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role works with more advanced and multi/complex systems, proactively troubleshoots systems, works with mechanical, electrical, diesel equipment conditions, conducts preventative maintenance and parts inventory, and anticipates and corrects safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment). Has direct interfacing with customer and may be responsible for work in multiple systems/locations/customers.

Education & Experience Requirements:

+ HS diploma or equivalent

Experience Requirements:

+ Ability to obtain DOT Medical card

+ Clean driving record

+ Work experience preferred

+ Able to pass background check & pre-employment drug screen

+ Water treatment experience highly preferred

+ Plumbing/HVAC experience A PLUS

+ 2 to 3 years of technical work experience

Skill Requirements:

+ Electrical, mechanical, plumbing experience a plus

+ Work without direct supervision and provides coaching/training to junior-level technicians

+ Technically sound

+ Experience with Microsoft Office including smart devices

+ Must have customer service experience

+ Demonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting ability

The estimated salary range for this position is $30 to $33/hourly. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location.
