Schedule:** **As Needed for Coverage / Per Diem

Shift: Nights: 7:00pm - 7:30am shifts, w/some weekend and holiday coverage as required

The role you'll contribute:

Performs basic and advanced validated clinical and non-clinical patient care activities as delegated by supervising nurse in assigned area

+ Other duties as assigned.

+ Supports nursing staff with patient care tasks.

+ Monitors and reports patient conditions.

+ Ensures proper functioning and maintenance of medical equipment.

+ Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

+ Follows safety and infection control protocols.

+ Participates in training and development activities.

+ Maintains clean and orderly patient rooms.

+ Assists patients with personal care and activities of daily living.

+ Reports findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.

+ Documents necessary records accurately and timely.

+ Aids with movement and placement of patients.

Qualifications

The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed** **:

+ High School Grad or Equiv Required

+ Work Experience Required

+ State Certified Nurse Assistant Credentials OR

+ Emergency Medical Tech Cert (EMT) Required OR

+ Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Required or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Required
