Position Summary Details
The Event Parking Supervisor provides supervision of event workers, auditing parking lot capacity, revenue control and minor maintenance of parking equipment.
Responsibilities
+ Running event parking team in accordance with directions provided by operations manager.
+ Follow all ABM safety standards and procedures.
+ Programing parking software
+ Managing event parking ingress/egress
+ Ensure event parking rate is properly advertised at parking lot entrances.
+ Assisting parking lot attendants with making change for cash transactions.
+ Keeping count of available parking spaces and closing down parking lots once maximum capacity is met.
+ Driving UTV around property, bringing attendants to and from their posts.
+ Programing parking software to charge correct event or daily parking rates.
+ Auditing the programed parking rates to ensure guests are being charged correctly.
+ Stepping in to provide breaks for parking attendants.
+ Filling UTV with gasoline as needed.
+ May be expected to make basic repairs to parking equipment.
+ Flagging traffic during event parking ingress/egress.
+ Assisting customers with using payment station during event parking ingress/egress.
+ Working outside.
+ Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications
+ Must be 18 years of age or older.
+ Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available.
+ Intermediate computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Customer service experience.
+ Prior management or supervisor experience.
+ 1 year of similar work experience
