For more information please see: ACQDEMO Responsibilities As a Program Analyst at the NH-0343-3 some of your typical work assignments may include: Lead efforts to support government financial management system functionality and reporting; including training, testing, troubleshooting, and reconciliation. Support business process optimization using advanced automation tools. Establish, review, and update complex business procedures and guidelines and resolve a variety of issues amongst diverse organizational entities. Effectively communicate complex financial management process and systems issues to stakeholders at all levels. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications You may qualify at the NH-03 if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH - 02/GS-11 grade level in the Federal service: Applicants are required to meet 3 of 5 statements in order to be qualified. Perform reconciliation of data from financial management systems Troubleshoot and research financial system issues and data anomalies Utilize advanced automation tools to support business processes Plan, prepare, and lead training for a community of users with varying levels of experience Document system change requests, preform testing, and support financial system releases and implementations Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Education Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
