Senior Financial Analyst-Compensation Strategy

Purpose:
We’re looking for a strategic and analytical professional to help shape and manage our compensation programs. This role combines finance and HR expertise to support data-driven pay decisions, ensuring our rewards are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals.
Accountabilities:
+ Analyze market data and job evaluations to recommend pay structures and reward strategies.
+ Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
+ Partner with Finance to align compensation spending with business performance and budgets.
+ Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to assess offers and compensation programs for competitiveness and cost alignment.
+ Evaluate incentive and reward programs through financial modeling and ROI analysis.
+ Support annual compensation cycles including merit, bonus, and long-term incentive planning.
+ Partner with Finance and Legal on equity plan accounting, forecasting, and reporting.
+ Ensure accuracy in grant data, expense tracking, and participant communications.
+ Develop tools and dashboards to help leaders make informed pay decisions.
+ Deliver analytics linking compensation outcomes to performance.
+ Maintain compliance, audit readiness, and data accuracy across all programs.
Qualifications and Experience:
+ 5+ years of experience in finance, compensation, or total rewards (financial services experience preferred).
+ Strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and analysis.
+ Knowledge of compensation design, pay structures, and incentive programs.
+ Advanced Excel and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) skills.
+ Experience with Workday, Shareworks, or similar tools a plus.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
