Purpose of Role:

Marex is seeking a Delta One Trader who will be an entrepreneurial individual in a mid-level position with the ability to work autonomously, and also as part of a team. Able to generate incremental revenue using financing strategies.

The depth of knowledge amongst its teams and divisions provides its customers with clear advantage, and its technology-led service provides access to all major exchanges, order-flow management via screen, voice and DMA, plus award-winning data, insights, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

+ Manage a trading book of delta one products.

+ Oversee trade process from origination to reconciliation

+ Build reporting suite for strategies under their book.

+ Build analytics relevant to their book.

+ Handle daily P&L reconciliation and reporting.

+ Work collaboratively with control and support functions including operations, treasury, risk, and finance

+ Back up existing delta one business.

+ Ensuring compliance with the company's regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges.

+ Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.

+ Carrying out regulatory activities under the Marex Capital Markets Inc. trading books

+ Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values.

+ At all times complying with Marex's Code of Conduct

+ To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role, or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibilit

+ To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/ or your supervisor as require

+ To escalate risk events immediately

+ To provide input to risk management processes, as required.

Skills and Experience:

+ Bachelors' degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

+ Extensive knowledge of the delta one market and relevant regulatory requirements.

+ Subject matter expertise with delta one products.

+ Experience in running a delta one book.

+ Experience in reporting and reconciliation.

+ Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.

+ Excellent verbal written and communication skills.

Salary Range: $200,000 to $350,000 per year and eligible for discretionary bonus.
