PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a **Warehouse Generalist** to join our team in partnership with a top-performing industry leader in **Roseville, California** . This is your opportunity to step into a fast-paced, hands-on role where teamwork, precision, and a can-do attitude make all the difference.

**Pay Rate:** $21.00/hour

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM

About the Role

As a Warehouse Generalist, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the efficient handling, preparation, and shipment of Point of Sale (POS) equipment. You’ll work with a close-knit, experienced team dedicated to meeting production goals and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This role offers variety, collaboration, and the chance to learn new skills every day.

What You’ll Do

+ **Fulfill client orders** by assembling, kitting, and preparing products for outbound shipping.

+ **Operate warehouse equipment** safely, including standup forklifts (training provided).

+ **Maintain accurate inventory records** using computer systems, scanners, and printers.

+ **Support process improvements** through 6S, safety, and special project initiatives.

+ **Cross-train** across multiple warehouse functions to support team flexibility.

+ **Collaborate and communicate** with team members and management to meet daily goals.

+ **Keep your workspace organized and compliant** with company safety and productivity standards.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ At least 1 year of experience with computer systems (Excel, email; Oracle a plus).

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for 8–10 hours.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

+ Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with POS device shipping, injection/download, or repair.

+ Technical troubleshooting skills for electronic devices or printers.

+ Forklift experience or certification.

+ Results-driven mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
