**What we are looking for** :

As a General Maintenance Welder, you will be responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks to maintain and repair equipment, machinery, and facilities within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Responsibilities include:

+ Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities using welding and fabrication techniques to ensure optimal functionality.

+ Perform various welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, to repair metal components, parts, and structures.

+ Fabricate metal parts, brackets, frames, and other components according to specifications using cutting, grinding, and bending equipment.

+ Diagnose equipment malfunctions and defects, identify root causes, and implement effective repair solutions in a timely manner.

+ Participate in preventive maintenance programs to identify potential issues, inspect equipment for wear and tear, and address maintenance needs proactively.

+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and equipment inspection reports.

What We Need From Qualified Applicants:

+ High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in welding or industrial maintenance is preferred.

+ Proven experience as a welder or maintenance technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

+ Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, and metal fabrication skills.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to diagnose equipment issues and implement effective repair solutions.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.

+ Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently

**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
