    **Pay Rate:** $20.90 – $26.56/hour (based on experience)

    Shifts Available:

    + **Position 1:** Monday–Thursday | 12 AM – 10:30 AM

    + **Position 2:** Thursday–Sunday | 12 AM – 10:30 AM

    + **Position 3:** Thursday–Sunday | 12 AM – 10:30 AM

    PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a world-class **pharmaceutical manufacturing leader** to hire a **Shipping and Receiving Specialist** at their state-of-the-art facility in San Diego. This role plays a vital part in supporting the production and delivery of breakthrough therapies that improve lives.     What You’ll Do

    + Maintain accurate, **GMP-compliant records** for all incoming and outgoing materials.

    + Execute **data entry and ERP transactions** with accuracy and timeliness.

    + Coordinate **shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material staging** to support production schedules.

    + Load, unload, and transfer materials using industrial equipment; ensure proper storage and labeling.

    + Inspect and verify materials and documentation for accuracy and completeness.

    + Participate in cross-functional projects to improve processes and develop Standard Operating Procedures.

    + Operate **radiation detection equipment** safely and efficiently.

    + Uphold all **cGMP, HS&E, and site policies** , while completing required training.

     

    _Note: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs required._

     

    What You’ll Bring

    Education:

    + High School diploma or GED required.

    + Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.

    Experience & Skills:

    + Minimum **1 year of experience** in distribution, warehousing, or manufacturing within a regulated industry.

    + **Hazardous shipping** training a plus.

    + Strong **communication, computer, and organizational** skills.

    + Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and familiarity with **inventory or procurement systems** .

    + A proactive, safety-conscious approach with a **“can-do” attitude** and excellent customer service mindset.

    **Pay Details:** $20.90 to $26.56 per hour
