Lead the Rollout of Enterprise Technology in Aerospace

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a results-driven IT Project Manager to lead the implementation and integration of the WMS platform for a global aerospace partner. You will oversee full project lifecycle activities—including planning, execution, testing, training, go-live, and post-deployment support.

What You’ll Do:

+ **Lead System Implementations:** Manage the end-to-end rollout of the Manhattan WMS across multiple aerospace warehouse facilities, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder requirements.

+ **Bridge IT and Business:** Collaborate closely with IT, supply chain, warehouse operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless system integration with platforms such as ERPLN/SAP, CMES, and KITS.

+ **Execute Project Lifecycle:** Oversee system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, go-live support, and audit readiness.

+ **Drive Agile Execution:** Lead Agile ceremonies, coordinate development sprints, and maintain backlog prioritization to support continuous improvement.

+ **Deliver Stakeholder Communications:** Prepare and present project updates, status reports, risk mitigation strategies, and performance dashboards to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

+ **Standardize and Train:** Develop SOPs, training programs, and documentation to support warehouse trainers and ensure long-term sustainability of the new system.

+ **Ensure Compliance and Quality:** Monitor system performance and process adherence and ensure compliance with aerospace regulatory and security requirements.

What You Bring:

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

+ 3–5+ years of experience in **IT Project Management** , with a focus on **WMS or enterprise system implementations**

+ Experience deploying or supporting **Manhattan WMS** (preferred), or similar platforms

+ Strong technical knowledge of **system integrations** with ERP and logistics tools

+ Demonstrated ability to manage **cross-functional teams** , technical vendors, and stakeholder expectations

+ Familiarity with **Agile methodologies** and SDLC best practices

+ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to interpret and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in **aerospace, transportation, or logistics** industries

+ Working knowledge of **compliance standards** , inventory controls, and performance KPIs

+ Background in **data analytics, production support,** or **business intelligence** tools

**Pay Details:** $56.92 per hour
