**PDS Tech Commercial** is seeking a results-driven **Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist** to support a short-term procurement initiative. This is a high-impact opportunity for experienced sourcing professionals to lead strategic procurement efforts across multiple categories and drive measurable improvements in cost, quality, and delivery.
About the Role
As a **Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist** , you’ll manage end-to-end sourcing processes, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business goals. This hybrid role requires at least three days onsite per week and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact over an estimated 8–10 week engagement.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead sourcing initiatives and manage procurement processes across assigned categories
+ Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities
+ Evaluate vendor quotes and capabilities to onboard optimal suppliers
+ Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to align sourcing strategies
+ Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure favorable agreements
+ Monitor supplier compliance and performance metrics
+ Contribute to strategic procurement planning and process improvements
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
+ 4–6 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
+ Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and supplier relationships
+ Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
+ Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools
+ Knowledge of sourcing methodologies and cost analysis techniques

**Pay Details:** $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
