    **PDS Tech Commercial** is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Senior ISC Project Management Specialist** to lead complex supply chain initiatives across Aerospace product lines. This is a high-visibility role ideal for professionals who thrive in cross-functional environments and excel at strategic execution and supplier recovery.

    About the Role

    As a **Senior ISC Project Management Specialist** , you’ll coordinate end-to-end project execution, manage supplier recovery plans, and serve as a key liaison between internal teams and leadership. You’ll work onsite and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment with program goals and supply chain strategies.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage supply chain projects across Aerospace product lines

    + Drive supplier recovery plans and manage shortage actions, especially for Army programs

    + Develop and present recovery plans and progress updates to leadership

    + Create and maintain Line of Balance (LOB) reports to support planning and execution

    + Serve as a liaison for customer-facing and internal communications

    + Navigate Aero tools including SAP, Tableau, SFDC, eCATS, HASP, and ISC Aero Dashboard

    + Collaborate with Supplier Recovery and Rate Readiness teams to ensure performance

    + Prepare and deliver reports summarizing project status, risks, and mitigation plans

     

    What You Bring

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree (required); advanced degree preferred

    + 4–6 years of experience in project management, supply chain, or related field

    + Strong proficiency in SAP and data interpretation tools

    + Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects

    + Excellent communication and presentation skills

    + Familiarity with Aerospace supply chain operations and planning processes

    + Strategic thinking and problem-solving in a fast-paced, global environment

    **Pay Details:** $43.00 to $45.00 per hour
