    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Maintenance Mechanics** for projects located in and around **Lafayette, IN** . This is a **first shift** opportunity with a pay range of **$28–$30/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment

    + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems as needed

    + Perform line welding and fabrication tasks

    + Align and level machinery and equipment

    + Work collaboratively in a 3-person team

    Requirements:

    + Basic Tools of the Trade
