    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring skilled **Machine Operators** for projects located in **Youngstown, OH** . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **up to $25/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Set up, operate, and maintain industrial machinery to produce goods

    + Focus on safety, efficiency, and quality in daily operations

    + Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments

    + Perform minor maintenance and troubleshoot basic issues

    + Follow and enforce all safety protocols and procedures

    + Support production goals by ensuring smooth machine operation

    + Use precision tools and machinery, including CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, to create, modify, and repair parts

    + Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications

    + Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders

    + Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications

    + Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure smooth operation

    + Apply strong mechanical aptitude, precision, and attention to detail in all tasks

    Requirements

    + Must have programming experience for CNC operations
