JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Yard Spotter to join our 3rd shift team. The Yard Spotter is responsible for moving trailers within the yard and to dock doors to support overnight warehouse operations. Forklift experience is a plus, as this role may occasionally assist with trailer loading/unloading.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Operate yard tractor (spotter truck) to move trailers to and from dock doors and designated yard locations.

+ Maintain accurate yard inventory and trailer movement logs.

+ Communicate with warehouse and transportation teams to coordinate trailer placement.

+ Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of yard equipment and trailers.

+ Assist with trailer inspections and documentation.

+ Support 3rd shift logistics operations, including occasional forklift use if certified.

+ Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

**SCHEDULE:** 3rd shift - Four 10's

**COMPENSATION:** $27+/hour

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required.

+ Experience operating yard trucks or similar equipment.

+ Forklift certification or experience strongly preferred.

+ Ability to work independently during overnight hours.

+ Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

+ Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

+ Ability to push, pull and lift up to 55 pounds.
