Chemours is seeking a **Master Scheduler/TAR Leader** for its Washington Works team. This position reports to the Site Maintenance and Reliability Manager at the **Washington, WV** location.
The Master Scheduler/TAR Leader is responsible for optimizing asset capacity and availability, as well as managing the Cost of Manufacture (COM) through scheduling and Work Management Processes (WMP). The role uses scheduling tools and WMP to assess asset availability and determine resources needed for daily and weekly maintenance tasks and major turnarounds (TARs). The position oversees site scheduling for routine work and leads the strategic process for all TARs and significant maintenance outages across assets and will have all area planners directly reporting to them.
Responsibilities include:
+ Serve as Site Master Scheduling and TAR Process Owner
+ Lead daily and weekly site schedule meetings for maintenance and contractor tasks
+ Develop and maintain a comprehensive site maintenance schedule
+ Track Schedule and Cost KPIs within the Work Management Process in alignment with corporate standards
+ Lead the TAR Steering Team to integrate Corporate Best Practices, Business Objectives, and Site Processes with leadership onsite and offsite
+ Oversee the full TAR process to address issues related to objectives
+ Track TAR KPIs
+ Ensure compliance with add-on work processes
+ Support effective use of Planned Major Maintenance Accounting (PMMA)
+ Provide subject matter expertise and coaching to team members
+ Share expertise and guidance on TAR Best Practices during TAR Steering Team meetings
+ Collaborate with Corporate and Site Work Management Process Leaders
+ Collaborate with Corporate and Site TAR Leaders
+ Develop and coordinate agreement on TAR Objective Letter
+ Lead and report on TAR preparation activities and communicate risks and resolutions
+ Lead the site Maintenance Coordinator and Planner networks
+ Provide functional direction to all site Maintenance Coordinators
+ Participate in field audits and review findings
+ Organize and facilitate TAR critique meetings focusing on continuous improvement
Qualifications Required:
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent
+ 3+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
+ 3+ years of electrical or mechanical maintenance experience or a two-year related degree
+ Proficiency with scheduling applications such as SAP-PM and Primavera P6
+ Experience scheduling daily maintenance and turnarounds
+ Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel); ability to learn new systems quickly
+ Skills in time management and prioritization
Preferred:
+ Experience with high hazard/chemical operations
+ Leadership skills, especially influence management
+ Effective oral and written communication and presentation abilities
+ Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to influence managers, peers, and teams
+ Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to dynamic work environments. Commitment to continuous improvement and a strong safety mindset.

$105,280.00 - $164,500.00
