Overview
We are looking for a strategically and operationally minded professional to drive the flawless execution of our email, push notification, and SMS marketing programs, as well as our owned-media strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate possesses prior experience in email marketing and is data-driven. They enjoy developing and matching the right audiences to optimize marketing objectives and business opportunities. A passion for analytics and attention to detail are essential, along with a desire to learn in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of workflow systems and business reporting tools, enabling them to implement a customer-focused business strategy with a confident grasp of industry trends and the ability to use data to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as SME for audience strategy and segmentation, developing and implementing targeted approaches to reach and engage customer segments effectively.
+ Contribute to the marketing planning process and own the operational execution of our promotional campaigns.
+ Evaluate and manage email tools, automation platforms, and integrations with CRM and analytics systems.
+ Coordinate campaign workflows across our clients, 3rd party vendors and internal marketing, analytics, and planning teams.
+ Analyze email performance metrics and A/B test results to inform future strategies and continuously improve results.
+ Manage key strategic programs with an emphasis on flawless execution and business optimization.
+ Consult on improving our reporting dashboards. Work with internal data teams to evolve key performance metrics and provide actionable, new insights.
+ Use analytics and industry knowledge to produce Audience reporting on campaign and overall Audience strategy performance with an emphasis on understanding key drivers and identifying new opportunities to fuel continued growth.
Qualifications
+ 2+ years of relevant experience in email marketing, ideally with understanding of lifecycle marketing, retention strategies and customer segmentation
+ Ability to handle a high volume of campaigns and multiple segmentation strategies simultaneously
+ 2+ years of experience managing and improving workflows across multiple stakeholders
+ 2+ years of experience delivering accurate and insightful business reporting and applying critical thinking to data to problem solve and drive business performance
+ 2+ years of Vendor/Account/Client Management experience
+ 2+ years of direct marketing experience preferably in a consumer products business
+ Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products with particular expertise in Excel
+ Working knowledge of Tableau (optional)
+ Extremely detail oriented
+ Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
+ Self-starter with the ability to pick up a project and move it forward with limited direction
+ Service oriented, with an understanding and inclination towards good client service
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple stakeholder groups
+ History of effectively managing customers and successfully working with internal teams to complete tasks and projects

Compensation Range: $66,785 - 92,295 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
