    What You Will Do

    - JOB SUMMARY

    ITG Brands is embarking on an exciting and significant Business Transformation Programme underpinned by SAP S/4 HANA. Through the Unify programme, ITG Brands aims to drive process and data standardization and simplification. This programme will be delivered over a multi-year period with global geographic reach.

     

    Unify is therefore seeking a Change Tower Lead who is an experienced practitioner in Change Management to identify and help articulate the vision for Change and lead local teams to transition and adopt new ways of working. This experience will include delivery involving shift in mindset, functional & process change to transition to new ways of working underpinned by ERP technology.

     

    The Change Manager will work with programme towers / functions to identify and articulate Change Impacts by business-community and work with Regional and Local teams to build a coalition for Change, comprising stakeholders and the Change Network. They will lead, engage and motivate this network to translate global change impacts into local Change Impact Mitigation activities to successfully make the transition to new ways of working.

     

    This will be achieved by working with the Global Change Team (comprising Change Management, Communications & Stakeholder Engagement and Training), third-party service providers, Local Change and Deployment teams and/or representatives, Programme Leadership team and business stakeholders.

     

    The role will report into the Director of Change Management for ITG Brands to support the workstream’s Change responsibilities. Although remote, this role will require travel to other company sites and to the AUTP office in Greensboro, NC.

    - WHAT YOU WILL DO

    Execute the framework within which to manage Change Impacts, by Process Area and Geography (Group/Regional/Local).

     

    Work with Programme Towers / Process teams to identify and articulate the impact of the programme scope to the business to drive detailed Change Impacts Assessment.

     

    Convert identified change impacts into a workable Change Action & Mitigation Plan from a global perspective, collaborating with third-party service provider.

     

    Coach and support the local Change Managers in clusters/factories to ensure all change activities are delivered, a successful go live is achieved and all benefits are released.

     

    Engage with programme and business stakeholders, locally, in sharing and gaining feedback on Change Management plans, activities and goals.

     

    Collaborate with other members of the Unify Change Tower (Communications and Training) to ensure effective and co-ordinated delivery of all change activities.

     

    Design and build a Change Network that will be integral to achieving change adoption within the business by working with the regional and local teams to take ownership and managing Change.

     

    Deliver a structured and sequenced engagement and knowledge transfer plan to onboard and integrate Change Network members onto the Programme. Working with vendor partners and Programmer change team, identify Change Network capability needs and build / execute a plan to upskill, train and build confidence.

     

    Support the local Change Lead and the Change Network in translating global change impacts into local Change Impact Mitigation activities to own the change and successfully make the transition to new ways of working as well as acting as their trusted escalation route.

     

    Provide effective reporting on Change Management activities.

     

    Capture and share lessons with other Change Managers within the Unify Programme.

     

    Support the Programme Change Tower Lead in performing various activities in support of the Unify programme.

    Qualifications

    - REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Very strong communication and collaboration skills; Collaborative mindset across business functions

    + Cultural understanding and experienced working in multi-cultural teams.

    + Ability to operate in a complex environment with multiple workstreams in flight understanding the interdependencies within and the programme

    + Degree educated in relevant business or subject.

    + 10+ years’ experience in Change Management consulting services in complex transformation programme environments, ideally ERP / IT-enabled.

    + Excellent skills in Change Impacts analysis and management of mitigation.

    + Experience in leading a global Change network and/or supporting regionally and local teams.

    + Strong knowledge of best Change Management practices and ability to work with various levels personnel across the business and programme.

    + Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills and ability effectively convey business impacts to various audience groups to achieve alignment on change impact mitigation actions.

    + Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and ability to deliver high-quality communications in compressed timelines.

    + Proficient in using a variety of tools to develop plans and communications content (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Yammer, Teams, etc.)

    - PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    Experience in Tobacco industry
