We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Analyst with deep expertise in AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes and hands-on experience implementing SAS Viya solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact AML initiatives within the financial sector, leveraging advanced analytics and technology to strengthen compliance and risk management frameworks.

What You’ll Do:

+ Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAS Viya-based AML solutions.

+ Analyze complex regulatory requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.

+ Design, build, and maintain AML detection models, data pipelines, and analytical reports to enhance transaction monitoring and risk detection.

+ Partner with compliance, risk, and IT teams to ensure solutions align with regulatory standards and business goals.

+ Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous process improvements.

+ Provide expert-level guidance on AML technologies, emerging trends, and industry best practices.

+ Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and compliance reports.

+ Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill teams on AML workflows and SAS Viya functionalities.

What You’ll Bring:

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.

+ 8–10 years of hands-on experience in AML systems within the banking or financial services domain.

+ Proven experience in SAS Viya implementation, administration, and performance tuning (mandatory).

+ Strong understanding of AML frameworks, transaction monitoring, KYC, sanctions screening, and compliance reporting.

+ Advanced proficiency in SAS programming, data analysis, ETL processes, and related tools.

+ Experience in model validation, audit preparation, and regulatory reporting.

+ Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

+ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ SAS Certifications (AML, Viya, Visual Analytics, or equivalent).

+ Experience integrating AML systems with enterprise data platforms or third-party solutions.

+ Familiarity with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) frameworks and financial crime prevention systems.
