    The Opportunity:

    CACI seeking a highly skilled Development Technical Lead with strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint to lead solution design, development, and administration. This role will provide both technical leadership an hands-on implementation, ensuring best practices in architecture, security, governance, and user adoption.

    Responsibilities:

    Technical Leadership & Development

    • Lead design, development, and deployment of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Power Platform COE).

    • Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and enterprise architecture guidelines.

    • Oversee end-to-end solution lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

    • Drive innovation by recommending new features, integrations, and automation opportunities.

    Platform Administration & Governance

    • Administer Power Platform environments, including security, compliance, licensing, capacity management, and monitoring.

    • Establish governance policies and best practices for environment management, DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies, and application lifecycle management (ALM).

    • Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.

    • Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams to enforce data protection and regulatory standards.

    Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

    • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

    • Act as the subject matt er expert (SME) for Power Platform across the organization.

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, business analysts, and project managers.

    • Communicate technical solutions and roadmaps eff ectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    Continuous Improvement

    • Evaluate new tools, technologies, and updates within the Microsoft ecosystem for potential adoption.

    • Promote knowledge sharing and training within the team to improve Power Platform adoption and proficiency.

    • Champion agile development practices, DevOps pipelines, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) for Power Platform projects.

    Qualifications:

    _Required:_

    • Ability to attain DHS EOD Clearance

    • 10+ Years of total IT experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fi eld (or equivalent experience).

    • Experience working with US Federal Government customers

    • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer with hands-on Power Platform expertise.

    • Strong knowledge of Power Platform administration, governance, and security best practices.

    • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Dataverse, and integrations with external systems.

    • Familiarity with DevOps practices, solution packaging, and ALM for Power Platform.

    • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

    **Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.     The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $113,200 - $237,800
