    We’re seeking someone who is both strategic and hands-on. You know how to move big initiatives forward, but you also dive deep into the details that make them successful. Specifically, we’re looking for someone who:

     

    + Can manage complex projects end-to-end — from developing plans, setting timelines, and aligning stakeholders to adjusting direction when business needs shift.

    + Is fluent in using data to influence decisions, measure performance, and translate insights into clear recommendations.

    + Builds strong relationships across functions and knows how to influence without authority. You’ll work with product, engineering, merchandising, finance, and operations to bring subscription ideas to life.

    + Thinks creatively about solving problems — whether it’s finding ways to reduce costs, improve efficiency, or design better customer experiences.

    + Leads with integrity and a growth mindset, building a culture of collaboration and belonging.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    In this role, you’ll be the engine behind subscription growth at Walmart. You’ll:

     

    + Direct projects and workstreams that roll out new subscription offerings or improve existing ones.

    + Create, manage, and optimize plans, budgets, and performance standards to keep initiatives on track.

    + Provide decision support through data analysis, helping leaders understand customer trends, adoption drivers, and retention opportunities.

    + Partner with cross-functional teams to build new tools, reports, and customer-facing features that make subscriptions seamless.

    + Drive innovation by testing and refining business processes that improve both the customer journey and Walmart’s efficiency.

    + Lead and mentor associates, helping them grow while building a team environment rooted in curiosity and accountability.

    Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

    The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
