What you'll do…
+ Optimization of current production processes
+ Coaching plants in continuous improvement, standardization, and lean concepts
+ Assisting plants in addressing equipment down time issues
+ Developing preventative / predictive maintenance practices to ensure 100% equipment uptime
+ Spare Parts
+ MOS Board
+ Maximo
+ Training and education of plant personnel and leadership
+ Providing input on new equipment design and purchase
+ Supporting new model / equipment launch as required
+ Lead UAW Personnel
You'll have...
+ Education: High School Diploma
+ Experience:
+ Ability to optimize equipment programs and troubleshoot issues to identify root cause
+ Excellent communicator who can train both hourly and salary team members
+ Must be a self-starter who will take ownership of projects and see them through to completion with limited supervision
+ Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership in ONE FORD (leadership) behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills
+ Maintenance experience
+ Computer efficiency
+ Ability to work various shifts
Even better, you may have...
+ Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferred. Equivalent experience accepted
+ Experience: 3-5 years experience in manufacturing;
+ Robot / interpress transfer (ABB / Fanuc / Gudel)
+ Vision experience
+ PLC competency.
+ Lean implementation
+ AutoCAD
+ High volume Manufacturing/Assembly

This position is a range of salary grades 7 and 8.
