What You'll Do
We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Web Enablement Next Software Kit (NSK) platform team. The Web Enablement product family provides guidance and modern reusable frameworks and solutions to the enterprise. In this role, you will lead our Next Software Kit (NSK) platform product, a strategic enterprise development framework that enables teams across Principal to build consistent, secure, and scalable web applications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a strategic technical product that impacts development across the enterprise while working with cutting-edge web technologies and cloud platforms.
You’ll** **have the opportunity to:
+ **Own Product Strategy:** Collaborate with technical leads to develop and evolve the product vision and strategy. Partner with the technical team to ensure alignment with enterprise web standards and experience goals while driving measurable impact.
+ **Drive Discovery & Insights:** Use experimentation, analytics, and user research to uncover opportunities and prioritize high-value initiatives.
+ **Lead Product Delivery:** Ensure successful, value-driven delivery across teams, manage dependencies, and champion agile practices.
+ **Measure & Optimize:** Track product performance, make data-driven decisions, and continuously evolve the product to meet enterprise needs.
+ **Engage & Influence:** Partner with leaders across all levels to align on goals, communicate strategy, and share results. Educate and consult with Principal teams on web application development best practices, use cases, and tooling.
+ **Mentor & Shape Culture:** Support and mentor other product managers, sharing best practices to foster a strong, high-performing product culture.

Who You Are
We are looking for someone with:
+ 6+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, military experience, or education.
+ 3+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced product environment with product or engineering teams and stakeholders managing multiple products.
+ Proven success in defining product strategy, managing stakeholders, and delivering outcomes across multiple teams.
+ Strong strategic decision-making skills in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
+ Ability to leverage customer, user, and partner data and insights to drive product decisions.
+ Experience coaching and mentoring others in a professional setting.
**Skills That Will Help You Stand Out** :
+ Strong technical background with understanding of modern web development frameworks and cloud technologies.
+ Experience with products serving the engineering community.
+ Product management experience in a global organization.
+ Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with executive-level stakeholders across a matrixed environment, drive alignment through negotiation, and lead change effectively.
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$100800 - $182400 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environments
This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
