    What You'll Be Doing:

    + Create, manage, and close out work orders in SAP based on planner schedules and equipment inspections

    + Maintain accurate SAP records including equipment registration, preventive maintenance protocols, and bill of materials

    + Plan and execute mechanical maintenance tasks, including preventive and emergency repairs

    + Supervise a crew of Millwrights, Machinists, Lubrication Technicians, and contractors to ensure safe and effective work

    + Lead daily maintenance meetings, coordinate with vendors, and support weekend/on-call supervisory rotations

    What Are We Looking For:

    + High school diploma required; technical training or associate degree preferred

    + 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including hydraulics and troubleshooting

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP PM Module preferred

    + Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and interpret technical documentation

    + Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with a commitment to safety and reliability

    Work Environment** **:

    + Based in a corporate office and industrial plant setting

    + Regular interaction with maintenance crews, vendors, and operational teams

    + May require off-shift or night work depending on production needs

    + Exposure to mechanical equipment, elevated noise levels, and varying weather conditions

    + Participation in weekend and on-call supervisory rotations
