Client Relations Officer

**Location:** Burlington, MA

**Schedule** **:** Tuesday - Saturday 2pm - 10pm

**Pay:** $21.50 per hour

About the Role:

We’re looking for a polished and professional Security Officer who goes beyond traditional security duties — someone who can represent our brand and our clients’ with confidence, poise, and exceptional customer service. In this role, you’ll act as both a protective presence and a relationship ambassador for a group of high-end retail stores.

You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, staff, and vendors — maintaining a secure environment while ensuring the elevated customer experience our luxury retail partners expect.

What You’ll Do:

+ Serve as a welcoming and professional presence for clients, associates, and guests.

+ Build positive relationships with store management and staff across multiple luxury retail locations.

+ Provide discreet yet effective security oversight to prevent theft, safety incidents, or policy violations.

+ Support loss prevention and incident response efforts with tact and professionalism.

+ Coordinate communication between store teams and Securitas management.

+ Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and store visit documentation.

+ Represent both Securitas and our clients’ brands with excellence, integrity, and professionalism.

+ Previous experience in security, retail operations, customer service, or hospitality preferred.

+ Must be reliable, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic client needs.
