    Summary:

    Facilitates and leads discussions with leaders to identify compensation solutions based upon business unit needs. Leads system-wide projects related to compensation strategic initiatives. Provides guidance and direction to other compensation team members on projects and training. Reviews and performs complex salary benchmarking analyses, as needed (e.g., executive, physician, or APP compensation programs). Ensures compensation practices adhere to legal requirements and regulations.

    **Other Information:** Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate, facilitate, navigate and influence discussions with all levels of stakeholders. Excellent analytical and qualitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Ability to lead projects from start to completion. Proven consulting experience with a strong understanding of compensation, TR practices and legislation.

    **Required** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field.

    **Required** **Experience:** 8+ year's experience in compensation analysis.
