Overview
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development of proposals and qualifications packages and marketing materials that tell our story, strengthen our brand, and win new work.Join a fast-growing national firm with clear opportunities for advancement to Marketing Specialist and beyond. Responsibilities
+ Coordinate the development of proposals, statements of qualifications, and presentations in collaboration with project managers, technical staff, and subconsultants.
+ Coordinate with technical staff and firm leadership to develop tailored and strategic messaging for pursuits and marketing collateral.
+ Assist as needed with searching for RFQ/RFPs through various procurement websites.
+ Understanding of clients, client’s needs, and market trends.
+ Assist with writing, editing, graphics, and proofreading of marketing content, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
+ Maintain and update CRM database (e.g., Unanet) with pursuits, opportunities, and qualifications.
+ Develop and maintain marketing collateral including resumes, project sheets, brochures, and award submissions.
+ Ensure consistency in branding and voice across all platforms and materials.
+ Support corporate and client-facing events as needed, including conferences, community functions, and industry activities by collaborating with the events team.
+ Collaborate with the marketing team on process improvements, performance tracking, and team training initiatives.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
+ 1–4 years of marketing or proposal coordination experience, preferably in the A/E/C or professional services industry.
+ Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign strongly preferred).
+ Experience with CRM/database tools (Unanet) a plus.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team environment.
+ Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics, Hootsuite) desirable.
+ Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive, with strong time management skills.
+ Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
Compensation: $54,435 to $66,975 per year (depending on qualifications)
