Minimum Qualifications:

+ Graduate of an accredited or state-approved school of practical nursing.

+ Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.

+ Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care setting (home healthcare experience preferred).

+ Successful completion of NAPNES or equivalent medication exam.

+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
